Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product details and prices accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders affected by them.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received through our payment gateway. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before it is dispatched — message us on WhatsApp at +91 76009 39128 with your order number. Once dispatched, it falls under the 7-day return policy instead.

Limitation of liability

HOD Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where our registered business is located.
