At HOD Mart (a unit of HOD Media) (“HOD Mart”) we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days from delivery of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or other reasons; this will be indicated on the product page.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before it is dispatched — message us on WhatsApp at +91 76009 39128 with your order number. Once dispatched, it falls under the 7-day return policy instead.
